Our refund and cancellation terms, effective from January 1, 2026.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
Refunds are available within 3 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are unsatisfied with our services. After the 3-day window, no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at reachout@artcl.cloud with your account email and reason for the refund. We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.
